How does your process work?
We approach every role with your company’s specific needs in mind. Once we align on a job description and candidate qualifications, our team sources and screens candidates before presenting you with the top talent for final selection. After you choose your Telostaffer, you set the start date and they begin as a dedicated full-time member of your team—just like any new hire.
What are the hiring criteria for a Telostaffer?
Each month, we review thousands of applicants and hire only the top 1%. Candidates go through a rigorous screening process that includes multiple interviews, skills validation, and experience matching to ensure they are equipped for success in the role. We also partner with a third-party provider to conduct thorough background checks on every hire.
