The company was founded in 2022 with a fast growing team. We source a remote team member working for one company with a specific skillset and experience, not a rotating resource pool. We walk our clients through the process and make it easy to leverage this resource: our clients receive one monthly bill from Telostaff on a rolling contract.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We can build a schedule around our client's needs, but typically Telostaffers work US hours. Over time, many will shift toward a "hybrid" schedule that has some overlap with US hours and some outside of the normal work day.

  • Telostaffers will work within your company's normal communication patterns. We see most clients leverage chat, email, and video calls to communicate just as they would with a remote, US-based resource.

  • Client data security is one of our top priorities. We deploy business-class PC's with enterprise-grade endpoint management systems to every Telostaffer with access appropriate for their position and role within your business. Telostaff's IT team is ready to help make sure each client has a secure solution that needs the needs of the business. 

  • Our goal is to make leveraging remote resources easy and effective. We lead the candidate sourcing and screening process, and after bringing on a new Telostaffer we actively support our clients in effectively using best practices for creating value with offshore resources. In the meantime, we handle all of the logistical and local Philippines functions and issue our clients a single, monthly bill. 

  • Our one-to-one staffing model allows us to create strong alignment with our clients driving performance and retention. We staff one full-time employee with only one company so both the client and Telostaffer can grow together and constantly improve.
