Telostaff was started with a simple purpose: helping US businesses and Philippines-based Telostaffers grow and build together. Our experience scaling a business with employees in the Philippines exceeded our expectations and provided the inspiration to help other companies realize similar value creation.

Today, we have a growing team of Telostaffers working as integrated remote team members across many process-oriented functions and various industries. Our team thrives when tackling problems that require close attention to detail, bringing structure and focus to the unstructured, and diligently executing processes for our clients.

Brian Smiley

Brian leads Telostaff's Client Team leveraging his experience as a small business owner, private equity investor, and management consultant to ensure Telostaff's clients are able to maximize value with remote resources. His focus is driving every Telostaff placement toward a successful outcome and bringing the opportunity to use remote resources to more businesses.

Matt Attaway

Matt leads Telostaff Operations.  He loves building and running businesses that operate with excellence.  He is a systems-thinker with a passion for people.  Over the last 10+ years, Matt has helped launch, grow, and exit multiple large-scale, Private-Equity-backed, operating companies.  His focus is driving everyday for the Telostaff team to produce outsized results with a collective calmness that comes from the right team members being fully equipped in the right roles within an efficient organization.

Emerson leads the Talent and People departments. With a leadership background in both Education and HR, he understands how to help people find the roles that they will thrive in, and loves seeing employees grow and develop.
